Family Constelletions, in the tradition of the work of German therapist Bert Hellinger, offers a profound approach to healing. By unlocking secrets and loyalties of the family soul, we can reveal the hidden dynamics at the root of an individual’s feelings of imbalance or disharmony. Such disturbances may manifest as illness, distress, emotional difficulties or any number of other blocks. Using representatives for family members, living and dead, we can uncover these dynamics and move towards balance and love.

By clearing and untangling the energy within the family “field”, we restore balance to the family system and discover new ways to step into strength, take our place in the world, and allow love to flow through our life and relationships.

As a group or working one on one, we will help and support individuals who seek to reveal sources of love and resilience that lie buried within their own family system. Everyone who takes part, whether working on his or her own issues, or as a representative in another participant’s constellation, can be touched deeply by this beautiful work.

Constellations take about an hour, give or take, and once completed, participants are encouraged to relax and allow the healing power of the soul to unfold. There’s really no need to prepare prior to the constellation or change anything after. The healing seems to be gentle, natural and often times complete.
