Reiki is a Japanese complimentary therapy that provides a wonderful, relaxing way to maintain balance and an overall sense of well-being. All you need is a willingness to receive the energy.
Additionally, it has been used to facilitiate self-healing of almost any disease known. The most common of these, being stress-related disorders, which make up at least 75% of America's visits to the hospital.
Reiki is totally non-invasive and the client is fully clothed during a session. By channeling energy, the Reiki practitioner balances and relaxes the body and Reiki can be done anywhere and at any time. It is different from other forms of energy healing in two ways. To provide Reiki, a practitioner must be attuned to the energy and it's foundation is built on the Reiki Principles listed below.
